Needed some replacement parts for a very old tent that was damaged in a storm. The website was very clear and accurate. Service was quick and efficient.

I bought the Pro 50 3m x 4.5m tent with side-walls and a heavy duty carry bag. The quality appears very good and putting it up with a friend was pretty easy. It dealt with the wet weather at Cadwell Park very well and seems to be very strong to withstand higher winds that we usually encounter. It's very heavy though - I can barely lift it myself to move it around!

Placed my order and my product arrived the the next day, the staff where very helpful and super efficient , the products I ordered where first class and I would thoroughly recommend Gala tents

Excellent service, deliverd on day promised purchased with a secure payment.

Fantastic quality!! Reasonably priced and fab customer service, even got next day delivery which actually came the next day!! Highly recommended!!

Excellent service at a great price rapid delivery and customer service the best good quality products will use company again

Totally delighted with the quality and design of our gazebo. It seems well made and robust. We bought the 3m x 3m version a month ago and it makes our patio into a garden room. The instructions for erection were clear and as a retired couple we were able to put it up together. The frame weighs 31 kilos and it has a wheeled bag to pull it along. We found the team on the phone lines very helpful when ordering and in sorting the frame delivery when just the canvas arrived in the first drop. We recommend Gala Tents.

OK Team Gala , here's your review. After a visit to the factory earlier this year I ordered a Compact pro 40 with walls weights , and wheely bag. Items arrived next day All fine. Had to wait for better weather to use. Itried it out on a balcony. A little hard to fully extend - with my wife, but to be fair we are in our 80's. This unit tested fine and inspired me to order a standard Pro 40 frame plus canopy for the balcony as I don't need to move it around and the interchangeability of the canopies is a plus. It works fine and will probably stay up all season, but can be folded quickly if there is a storm. Meanwhile at last I have put up the compact in the back garden. Again getting the frame out to the last inch is difficult for us. Here is an 'Oldy' tip. I made a loose cord loop around the top of the corner frame and under the Grey slider with the pin in it. Put a 6 inch stick through the loop and wind. This slowly and easily copresses the frame until the pin can click in. Then sit down for a moment and congratulate yourself.I have tried drilling my slabs and screwing the feet down. Not a great solution. Save yourself the bother. The tent sways a little like a drunken Giraffe. Far better is to drill , or peg down with Ratchet straps to the canopy D links. They say, 'A stitch in time saves nine' , I have read of others noting rubbing points on the canopy. I can see where thes will be , two per side on the canopy. I am going to put some3 little patches a bit like puncture patches to stop this happening. All in all , good products, enjoy yours2-- 3x3m Pro/compact Taupe
