Having had a Gala Tent for 20 years which bit the dust in wild weather last autumn we did not need long to decide to purchase a replacement. We opted for the elite thicker material this time. Very sturdy and well made, coupled with the straightforward ordering process and helpful customer service, good instructions/videos and replacement parts if required. Brilliant gazebo system, and- next day delivery with a courteous courier too.

We use Galatent product many years now, this year we changed our 2 separate 3 meters gazebo for one 6 meters. Last week we purchased a sunshade as well, which is looks really good on it. The Pro50 avery heavy duty gazebo, never had any issues with it even not in incredible weather. Next few weeks we planing to purchase a ground bar as well.Mark was very helpful, we love the Team there :) Defenetily recommended to everyone!

Superb service and product from start to finish. Spoke to Damien who was extremely helpful when ordering. The installation instructions are very clear and the Swiss Trax flooring is so easy to work with. Very easy to cut too for those off awkward angles. Had completely changed how my garage looks. 10/10 would definitely use Gala again.

I’ve used gala tents before for probably ten years now and over that time I’ve been outside in some horrendous weathers but still my gazebo held strong(I’ve just needed a new canopy)I decided on a new tent and due to cost I ordered one initially from the gazebo shop-I was soon sending that back ordering my gala tent one-they cost more but they are worth itThe one thing that I’m not keen on is your price promise is not worth the paper it’s written on and you’re not interested in people using klarna as a payment offer,so my sales man was so disinterested at that suggestion,he was no help at allOther than that product is top quality as per usual-very pleased with my purchase

I brought two sets of 2 ratchet tie down storm straps pegs, they arrived promptly, very affiant service, although you do pay a fairly high price for this, but I think well worth it. Would defiantly use this company again . As for the product does the job well.
