I’ve used gala tents before for probably ten years now and over that time I’ve been outside in some horrendous weathers but still my gazebo held strong(I’ve just needed a new canopy)I decided on a new tent and due to cost I ordered one initially from the gazebo shop-I was soon sending that back ordering my gala tent one-they cost more but they are worth itThe one thing that I’m not keen on is your price promise is not worth the paper it’s written on and you’re not interested in people using klarna as a payment offer,so my sales man was so disinterested at that suggestion,he was no help at allOther than that product is top quality as per usual-very pleased with my purchase

I spent a long time researching gazebos and was worried about choosing the wrong supplier. I decided to call Gala Tents to gauge their professionalism. I was not disappointed they were very helpful and gave me some good advice. After ordering it came next day by 09:45 very impressed. I brought two sets of 2 ratchet tie down storm straps pegs, they arrived promptly, very affiant service, although you do pay a fairly high price for this, but I think well worth it. Would defiantly use this company again . As for the product does the job well.

I received helpful advice from Gala Tent staff when ordering a part for our gazebo which we had lost. They identified the item and it was delivered promptly. Our gazebo continues to look like new after several years; it is easy to put up and take down and packs away neatly.

Thank you for the quick delivery

I had previously bought a larger gazebo from gala tents 10 years ago,which is still on use. We have replaced a few parts over the years, one of the benefits of these structures is the replacement parts. We needed a 2nd one but a bit smaller. Did not have any hesitation to go direct to gala again, quality is souch better than anything else on same price point. Would not buy anything else.

Excellent service and very profesional

Being the best tents and marquees in the business its great to be able to ring up for spares down to a wing nut, poles and fittings it's a great bonus and they were delivered the next day. What a brilliant service, well done Gala.
