I was recommended to use Gala Tent by a local rowing club who uses a gazebo bought from them. I wanted to purchase a gazebo for our local arts and heritage museum. We are a volunteer group who put in social events for the community hosted by the centre.Gala tents had a product that fitted our restricted budget. Following a discussion with a sales representative I placed the order and had the gazebo customised in our own choice of colour and had our logo printed on the front.The whole process from start to finish was very smooth right up to a quick call I had to make to the company when I first tried to erect the gazebo following delivery. In the end the gazebo is easy to use and the frame and covers are really good quality and robust. Have had a fantastic service from your company! After having waited months for a Gazebo that was paid for and promised by another company we unfortunately didn’t get to use a gazebo all summer so I requested a refund. Their promises and staff just seemed to keep making up excuses every time I called. Joe the member of your company couldn’t have been more helpful , friendly and empathetic to our situation and he went the extra mile to make sure we got a perfect gazebo with graphics on all within a few days and Rebecca in the graphics department was terrific too and patient until we got exactly what we needed. Unfortunately the gazebo has not been used yet as on the Saturday the weather was atrocious nothing like the forecast. I have every faith that it will be of a high standard as your company has a good reputation. We have a lot of branches over the whole of Scotland and as the new year starts no doubtwe will be looking for many more yellow gazebos from ‘Gala Tents’ Thank you,Linda Mullen
