Excellent quality great sunshade

I needed a replacement canopy as I'd ripped the original badly trying to take the gazebo down on my own..my fault. The repair strips are great but it was far beyond repairable.I had a quick 'chat' with the rep and had a joke about missing the winter sale. POlaced the order and it was waiting for me the next day when `i got home from work. Realy slick service thank you. No hesitation in recommending your company.

I assembled my 8x4m Marquee today after purchasing in January for an event early April and have to say I am absolutely delighted with it! The quality is second to none and I love the fact it's manufactured in the UK as it's so difficult these days to fine genuine British made products.Having really shopped around and been stung in the past with cheap, flimsy and inferior Chinese products ('Buy cheap by twice' as my Father used to say!) I would HIGHLY recommend GALA TENTS. I honestly don't think you'll find a better product on the market and they originally came recommended by an Events Specialist I know. I'd also recommend paying the extra for the 650gsm PVC (and ground bars) which is extremely high-quality and robust and will not doubt last for many years. The after sales service I received was also excellent as I initially thought I may have a box missing. That wasn't the case though which was deduced by and extremely helpful, thorough and patient representative who meticulously went through the entire order with me.The marquee looks absolutely fantastic hence 'Thank you' GALA for a superb product and overall experience. Five stars fully deserved! *****

Excellent high quality products. New canopy and sides purchased for existing Gala gazebo. Very impressed with the strength of the material and robust velcro and zips. Looking forward to many years of use. Good customer service too with a follow-up call after placing an order to confirm details etc. Only criticism is the website as it's not very user-friendly as far as searching for canopies and sides. Apart from that, very pleased.

Needed a new top cover for our pop up Pro tent, Gala had it shipped and with us 2 days later. Great tents and great service!

Used the tent for the first time on a windy, rainy day for a party. No problems at all, the springs in the canopy worked very well, the thickness of the structure is a just fantastic. I have no worries using this outside in any conditions. We have two more parties in the coming months so every confidence with this purchase.
