I did not need persuasion to buy from Gala Tent, rather I am a returning customer due to primarily two aspects. The quality of the goods provided is excellent and I like the continuity of service provided by your team (I mention Darren - he is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable) as it is he who I have dealt with in the past and it makes matters so much easier is there is some consistency. I know of one other organisation in the town who also uses the company and neither of us has ever had any reason not to be satisfied. So basically what you are doing is great so keep up the good work. Looking forward to taking delivery of my recent order today (05/05/2022)
Delighted with my purchase, great quality and easily mounted. Should have bought the full kit including meatal guides for bottom sides, going to order now, i recommend buying them makes it completely weather proof.
Great customer service right from the beginning of the experience. A phone call by one of your team to make sure we had the right part and then subsequent follow up calls to let me know when shipping would be. Almost an apology because we had a BH and it might be delayed! It wasn’t and arrived in a timely fashion wrapped extremely well. 5 stars all round
Everyone should have a Gala Tent gazebo. I purchased a 3x3 after borrowing one from my Dad. It's easy to assemble and although it's only the entry level model it is well constructed and could almost be a permanent fixture in the garden.Exellent product and service.
