The staff at Galatent were very helpful and went out of their way to rush the order through the printing to keep a deadline I had. Then when I found 1 cross member had been damaged I contacted them. They asked for a photo and as soon as they received it arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away.The gazebo 3 x 3m is of high quality as is the printing on the canopy.
Excellent service from start to finsh.They have a fantastic team and get your order turned around in speedy time.One of the guys personally delivered my feather flag as I needed it urgently.There was a slight issue with a corner on the inside of my gazebo roof,they arranged collection and that is being sorted currently.There design team is amazingly good too,melissa who designed my gazebo and flag was superb.I would definitely recommend 100% to anyone 1st class service
