Only erecteed once in the garden which was quite easy to do. Everything appears to be very well made, very sturdy and good quality. All went together well an fairly easy. It is just what i wanted and am very pleased with the product and the service from Gala Tent definitely recommended.

orded on the monday here on tuesday put up on the thursday used all weekend so easy to put up. same as the first one i hand only more HD gone from 40mm frame to 50 mm a lot stronger . first clarss

Have dealt with Gala tent a few times and always been impressed by the quality of the product, but also the knowledge and helpful staff.The knowledge and advice helps make a better choice, the goods are superior to any other tent/marquee on the market. Highly recommend this company.

Great gazebo, had for 2 years and left out for long periods, always looks good, good quality. we had to buy a replacements canopy as we left it out in a storm, oops.

Purchased the Pro 50 Gazebo, 3x4.5 metres with full set of sidewalls, ground bars and all necessary accessories for secure anchorage of the gazebo. Also purchased lights and the wheeled bag. Overall very happy with the gazebo: it’s sturdy and we expected it to have a good lifespan even in our Scottish weather. Also very happy with the level of service and the advice we were given before we completed our purchase. On these counts I’d give a 5 star rating. However, I’m disappointed to find significant rust marks from the ground bars appearing at the bottom of the sidewalls after only a few days use. While this in no way affects the use of the gazebo, for me aesthetic appearance matters. Hence I’ve given an overall rating of 4 stars instead of 5. I’ve checked the website for advice/products for cleaning and maintenance of the canopy and sidewalls without success. Perhaps you could advise me with regard to this, including any recommended products.

Purchased two 4.5m Gala Pro 50 gazebo's and they are certainly strong, but also heavier than I expected. They would benefit from straps to hold up and secure the side panels to the frame and not just rely on the Velcro (I wonder what it will be like in strong wind?). It is tricky to initially open up the frame and needs some experience because the nuts and bolts of the corner pieces of the frame catch on each other and sometimes prevent the frame from opening. If this was a 'design feature' then it doesn't always work. If it was not intentional, then it is really annoying!! Overall, it seems a good and strong gazebo

Pro 40 gazebo was bought by our village, having borrowed one for the annual show. It arrived on time, was easy to assemble (good video instructions), and is a high quality product. It will get a lot of use throughout the year. Thank you!
