Basically happy with the tent we purchased. However, the canopy was damaged and had to be replaced. I do not understand how the damage occurred but Gala concluded it was caused by weather and encouraged me to carry out a risk assessment. Not sure what I can do to comply with this. How does one carry out an assessment on the British weather?

On ordering a new gazebo cover i found a defect with the new cover that wasnt a major issue more an annoyance for me, but it was dealt with straight away with no issues atall, thats why i always use gala.
