Thank you to everyone who so patiently answered all my questions before our purchase. We are very happy with out pop-up, our first event was a challenge with setting up on a slope, it coped well with the wind and wet weather when we where taking it down, we discovered a small amount of seepage but overall everything inside remained protected & dry!We won't make the mistake of going anywhere else again - these guys & gals have excellent customer service, obviously have designed from experience, as all contingencies seems to have been thought off and catered for. - very impressed We're well chuffed, thank you guys.

I bought the gazebo from a recommendation by a friend. I’m a kitchen installer and cutting outside is absolutely necessary. So I bought this to keep me and my tools dry in the wetter months. This is by far the best pop up gazebo I have seen! So easy to put up, and get all the sides on. Also, the next day delivery was an added bonus!! ????????Thanks Galatent Just what I needed and just in time!

Great product and excellent customer service. We ordered a replacement canopy and side panel. Unfortunately the wrong size canopy was sent by mistake, but Gala Tent sorted this promptly. Wrong one collected & right one delivered just a couple of days later. Our new top and side look fab

I have used Gala Tent for many years and will continue to do so. However, I am not a fan of the present method of fixing panel sides to poles with Velcro. Be warned they are just not strong enough to cope with a moderate wind and can tear away from the stitching. This was never a problem with the bungee toggle strap system of attachment which was robust, and being flexible able to cope with a moderate wind. New Side Panels purchased this year have already lost some of their Velcro fixing straps. Such a shame, especially as they are British Made! Moderate Winds cannot be avoided and I would like the Manufacturer to reconsider the strain the Velcro fittings stitching has to take. Alternatively a reasonable cost repair patch should be available. In the meantime I will endeavour to effect a suitable repair myself.Overall I would normally award 5 stars but have shaded it because of my concerns over the Velcro pole fittings.
