I cannot recommend Gala Tent enough. Their gazebos are extremely easy to set-up, robust (especially in torrential conditions) and look amazing with custom branding. I bought four gazebos from Gala Tent to create an outdoor eating space for a restaurant. I had lots of questions, many technical, but the sales process was very thorough and they took the time needed to make sure that all of my questions were answered.Delivery was very quick once the order was placed and everything arrived well packaged.I have used many gazebos and marquees throughout my career in the events industry, and Gala Tent gazebos are among the best I have seen in terms of quality and strength. Nylon inserts in places where many other manufacturers don't put them, high quality aluminium, and a good, solid design overall.I did have a couple of minor issues with some of the strengthening components, all down to a misunderstanding of my exact requirements, but in these situations you can tell a lot about a company by how well they resolve the issue. The appropriate parts were sent out on a next day delivery at no charge, and the matter was brought to a swift and satisfactory close.Great work by what seems to be a very small team, under pressure from a huge recent growth in business.

Gala Tent has nice customer service but the thing that sell their products is the quality! I'm in to racing and have a 3x6meter gazeboo as padoc tent. The one i have now is 8-10 years and still in good shape. I bought a spare roof for it now as the old one starts to get thin.Downside is their shipping prices to Sweden is way to high!
Excellant custommer service as is normal. I havent had the chance to fit my new covers yet nor have I had a chance to try my new Pro 50 Gaebo dur to the current situation but I a confident that all wwill be perfectly fine.

Having used a less quality Pro Gazebo for the last 4 years, we are amazed at the quality of the Gala Tent. Having suffered when it rained previously, the Gala Tent fabric is 100% waterproof. It's all the little additions, the quality of the fabric, the zips, the actual stand itself, the carrying bag, the storm bars and most importantly the fact that it is so secure. We love it and would definitely recommend Gala Tent to any person trading in our 'lovely British weather'. Thanks Gala....
