I bought four gazebos from Gala Tent to create an outdoor eating space for a restaurant. I had lots of questions, many technical, but the sales process was very thorough and they took the time needed to make sure that all of my questions were answered.Delivery was very quick once the order was placed and everything arrived well packaged.I have used many gazebos and marquees throughout my career in the events industry, and Gala Tent gazebos are among the best I have seen in terms of quality and strength. Nylon inserts in places where many other manufacturers don't put them, high quality aluminium, and a good, solid design overall.I did have a couple of minor issues with some of the strengthening components, all down to a misunderstanding of my exact requirements, but in these situations you can tell a lot about a company by how well they resolve the issue. The appropriate parts were sent out on a next day delivery at no charge, and the matter was brought to a swift and satisfactory close.Great work by what seems to be a very small team, under pressure from a huge recent growth in business.

As a company we thrive on quality to showcase our products at events and need gazebos to be sturdy, well built and easy to erect and put down with ease , my staff (and myself) can put up and take down within minutes.Gala tents products are excellent and tick all the right boxes, we have bought numerous items from their Rotherham site
