Needed one urgently for family garden gathering. Excellent help from the online team. Got order in with 15 mins to spare, and delivered the following day. It was more than we usually pay but the quality is FAR superior to anything we've had before, which have always torn. The frame, fabric and tent pegs were so much stronger. It was easy to put up...just me and my husband. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent quality products bought for our gazebo we had purchased elsewhere, as gala tents don't do 2m X 2m ones. Bought v. good weights x 8 for 4 corners last year as gazebo on patio. This time we bought extra rachet straps; again excellent quality and good price and have been able to lay strapping through holes and around both weights and place hook under bottom weight and through into the small holes in weights to act as extra anchorage if the wind picks up. Thank you Gala tents for you patience as I chatted this option through with you on the phone. The stripe in the strapping even matches out gazebo which was an added bonus!!!

good products and price with quick delivery

The gazebo is amazing the delivery was quick and when they said it would be. The only thing I would say is after explaining what I wanted it for and with the black out of stock I was told the red of would be ok, this turned out not to be and ruined my weeken ld and cost me another £100 to get a black one when I’m stock. There was no apology or an effort to maybe help swap this was upsetting after overall having a good service.

The items that I purchased (4 sets of cast iron weights) cannot be faulted and are extremely worthwhile even though they are slightly on the expensive side. (They have just increased by £10.00 per pair so I assume Covid/Brexit taking a bite!).The review would get 5 stars but oh dear..the salesman/customer service are woefully inadequate in following through on their commitment of keeping the customer informed and managing their expectations. This order arrived 2 weeks later than promised and I had to ring them once to check where my order was.The main order of a gazebo, sides, ground bars bars and weights took 3 months having paid fully on Day 1!! Not once was I contacted to say that there was a delay: I chased/rang SIX times for this.That being said once the gazebo arrived I was very pleased with it as I had bought it to replace a GalaTent Gazebo purchased 10 years previously which finally gave up the ghost with Storm Bella over Christmas 2020.Perhaps an internal management course for Managing Customer Expectations should be run.

Gazebo heater - Lightening fast delivery, beautifully packaged and protected. If want to keep warm get one of these superb heaters.

Great service and delivery

Very happy with prompt delivery. Managed to erect it on my own once I realised that it was easier to attach the corners after final extension of the frame which is otherwise very stiff. Maybe this will become easier with time as perhaps the canopy will stretch a bit. Anyway very happy with this solidly built product.

As the purchase was for our Lions Club, a few of us unpacked and erected the gazebo to check it and ensure we knew what we were doing when putting it up. Our initial impression was that it was very solid, the roof and side material is much thicker and stronger than usual 'run of the mill' gazebos. It was also easy to erect although adding the side panels wasn't quite as straightforward as we at first thought, it didn't take long and the finished structure was firm, robust and we are sure it will stand up to different users over a long time period, thus being a very useful tool for our fundraising and community works. We made a good choice!

Excellent product, much better than we anticipated

Very nice little chairs, very good value, perfectly do the job they are intended to do. Delivery was prompt once I got in touch with gala tent to query why, having placed and paid for the order 2 weeks ago , I had neither received an order confirmation, nor the chairs. The oversight was rectified very promptly.
