Hi, I felt I should write to you tell tell you of my experience with your 3mtr x 3mtr Gala tent. I have had it for some 8 - 10 years now and for the first 8 years it was used for occasional parties and very pleased I was with it. For the last 2 years it has been used to store items from the house while a major rebuild was going on. It was under trees and withstood rain and gails. At one point it was under a foot of snow! However bad the weather it kept everything dry and protected. Now the works are finished I've given it a good clean and although it is not as bright as it once was it's still fine. The only problems after all that time was a bit of stitching on one of the zips coming undone and the elastic for the side panel fixings had lost their elasticity. I shall look to replace them next year. Well done Gala Tents

I have purchased several items from Gala tent. This is due to the quality of the items. I have recently purchased a second folding marquee table from Gala Tent. Sadly upon its arrival I opened the packaging to find 3 scratches to the top of the table. 1 Scratch being 10 inches long, another was 3 inches in length and much was a much deeper scratch. I instantly e mailed Gala ten. As it was out of hours, I received a reply early the following morning. I received both an e mail and telephone call apologising for the purchased for the item arriving damaged. Upon sending two photos of the damage the customer service lady apologised on behalf of Gala tent and re-order me another table which would be delivery ASAP and within 24hrs. Nicola's communication and customer service was second to none, thank you. I would buy further items from Gala tents as well as recommending them to others.Thanks once again.

Bought the gazebo for doing motorbike track days, very fast delivery, and setting up took minutes, was quite windy all day and it was holding up great, bit pricy but you get what you get what you pay for, I'd rather by one that last me forever than keep buying cheap ones every time I go out, just got to buy the sides next for the colder daysThanks

Just a quick message to say the trestle table I ordered arrived yesterday,great service as usual, and the quality is fantastic. Very sturdy and stable unlike the camping tables I have been using Yet for around the same price, I am very pleased. The gala tent has served us well over the last year and saved our Jubilee and wedding anniversary celebrations from the ravages of the British summer weather ( torrential rain and gales ) and we are looking forward to another party in it In a couple of days time.
