Found GALA TENTS on line and downloaded there brochure. Found what I thought I needed, but needed to check measurements and that the new GAZEBO top would fit my old frame so made an online enquiry. Had a call back within 24 hrs to discus what I needed. As I needed to check with my organisation I called back a couple of days later to order. They knew who I was and what I wanted. Ordered and paid on the call, and received a confirmation of order and dispatch next day. Courier delivered on 24hr delivery service.New top fits perfectly, quality is brilliant and really well made.Would I use them again ? Definitely really helpful customer service and a great Prod

It’s taken me longer to get round to writing a review than it took for placing an order and getting it delivered.Chris Taylor from the sales team was excellent in the knowledge of the product and was not using any pushy sales tactics.My 4x8m gala tent arrived within a couple of days and driver was good enough to bring it round to the back garden .I tried to find fault in the service because I think there’s always room for improvement but not in this case it was ten out of ten from start to finish.In our business we deal with customers face to face and have been for over thirty years , I like to think there was a little of something in the Gala experience I can take forward with me to my employees.A good ole British Standard product with a good ole British Standard service, excellent well done to you guys,Regards Ranjit khela

Took a while and some hard work to put it up and the instructions could be better but it’s a great marquee and very stable. Very pleased with it.
