Couldn't fault any of the service. Didn't order through the internet as needed assurance it would be sent the following day. Brilliant customer services helped to complete the order. Received the tent without any parts missing the following day. Easy to fit. Though the instruction leaflet wasn't that descriptive the online fitting video did the job.

Everything about this purchase was excellent and I would highly recommend the company and the product. I wanted some low cost foldable chairs. They'd have occasional usage so flat folding was important, but when in use I wanted them to be comfortable. This product was perfect and as Gala Tent pointed out the looped legs would mean if used on a soft surface (outside on lawn) they would not sink.

After purchasing a useless pop up marquee from another source it was a delight to find Gala tents with the correct product for the job, easy ordering, very quick delivery and the slight problem we had was soon rectified. I am very happy to recommend them to anyone.

I selected Gala Tent for the supply of a 3m x 3m pop up gazebo for use by NHW members and Community Safety staff (including PCSOs) because the website provided assurance as to the equipment being robust. AND that spare parts were readily available. The website is very comprehensive and not difficult to use. The ordering process was very smooth and the price premium as compared with normal domestic gazebos was (just about) tolerable. The gazebo delivery was on schedule within 24 hours of the order being placed. It was shipped in three packages: the frame, the sidewalls, and the roofing sheet. Unfortunately, only two arrived. Gala Tent responded very rapidly and almost by return advised that the third package had been mis-directed to Southampton. It arrived the next day.The only surprise for me was the weight of items - the frame at over 33kg is most definitely a two person job for safe loading to and from a vehicle and erection. The sides screens (4) are also heavy (over 11kg.) But with an ability to withstand frequent handling and stormy weather comes heavyweight materials. One item that would be helpful would be a sample H&S Risk Assessment for transporting the gazebo and for erecting/dismantling it.Overall, I am very pleased with the product and happy with all my interactions with Gala Tent.
