Recently bought a 3x3mtr pop up gazebo Pro 50 with loads of accessories. The gazebo and associated bits are absolutely first rate and without a doubt the best gazebo we have ever owned ( and we have owned quite a few ). We operate a mobile business which involves putting up / taking down every couple of days. Easy to do, and the frame is so strong it should last for years. The only problems we have had is with the sky banner. Although the quality of the materials are excellent, the fit leaves something to be desired. We are now on our third one, which, although it now fits the supporting poles, because there is no central support, it sags dramatically when erected. This is the only thing we have bought from Gala that we couldn't recommend. We now clip it over the half side at the front so that it can be seen and read. Everything else is top quality and does an excellent job.The staff at Gala are very friendly and will try to advise and sort any problems you might get.Overall, a good company, good staff and good product.

Good product, good service. Like the strength of the tents. Dislike the fact the canvas bag has sharp screws that damaged my decking when pulling it leaned over.

Excellent service all round. Right from the ordering which was nice and straight forward - through to the delivery which was very organized and time efficient. 5* service by me!

The products are fine but the delivery was delayed without any reason given by the carrier. The tracking stated a delivery was tried and a POD raised but not actually received at the delivery address! So poor delivery by APC marks the review down.CT

Good easy stuff to repair the gazebo canopy, easy to use, strong fabric

I bought a gala marquee 10 years ago & it has had plenty of use 8 to 12 times a year and it still looks good, the roof leeks a little BUT when the time comes to replace the marquee it will be a GALA MARQUEE with out a doubt

We were very pleased to have such excellent advice when purchasing, and bought the 3x4.5m with ground bars; the pop-up gazebo was a great success for its first outing; slightly showery weather for a large party, so we just used the roof canopy which provided some shade when it was sunny and some shelter when it rained. Very high quality materials, easy to erectdespite a sloping lawn using the instructions, and very sturdy. Our only comment is that we did not understand the need to pull out the handled pins at the top of the legs in order to take the structure down after the event, so we had to wait a day or so until we had other people there to inspire and help on that (how about including instructions and diagram in the booklet?). We were easily able to get everything into the strong bags supplied, having removed the canopy. Definitely recommend.

Just had to replace , gazebo cover , great service and prompt delivery , only disappointment was previous cover didn't last as long as I expected with not a great deal of use , hopefully new one will last !!!

Just what I wanted to store the long poles from a recently purchased gazebo. I bet Gala Tent do not supply without storage bags or boxes being included.

We have had a Gala Marquee for 10 years and it is used for many school and community events. We occasionally need to replace parts and the service offered by Gala Tents is fast, efficient and affordable.

Immaculate service on the telephone when I ordered, quick, efficient, very charming. The tent arrived next day at lunchtime! Can't speak too highly of the service and the product. You obviously listen to your customers and have developed a really good product as a result; easy to use and robust.

This is a top quality product, we have only erected it once so far and it was a devil of a job, however, once the joints loosen up a bit and we get the knack of it, it will be OK.
