I love that their products parts can also be replaced, should wear and tear occur eg broken brackets / joints without having to buy the whole thing again. This was out second purchase from Gala. Wanting to duplicate the gazebo we already had, but with no idea what model we had purchased I emailed an inquiry in. The following day I had a phone call confirming our previous order and the promise of an email confirming the details. Said email arrived within minutes. I transferred the funds at 10pm Thursday, Had a confirmation email Friday and had the gazebo delivered Monday.
