Order was ready and waiting when I went to collect good service every time I have ordered and also when we ring up for advice
Ive purchased a few of these large marquees however I wanted one to flow in a large space without being joined on the roof so imagine my annoyance when I received my 4mx12m marquee to find it was 2x 4mx6m with a jointing strip in the middle! Didnt look great and also let water in. I might as well have joined the 2 I already have which appear to be much better quality than the last one which started to split.Not happy with this purchase it doesn’t look like it will last long although I will say my previous ones have been spot on and the customer service is superb.
After many many years of use, my marquee needed a new roof. Mark at Gala Tent sorted my order in double quick time and was very pleasant to deal with!

I cannot recommend Gala Tent enough. Their gazebos are extremely easy to set-up, robust (especially in torrential conditions) and look amazing with custom branding. Their customer service is extremely personable and accommodating to every need. Great team, an awesome company - I wouldn't dream of getting gazebo's elsewhere!
Goods ordered and received. I missed the original delivery to me due to not being available t o receive because of Christmas arrangements, Rearranged and promptly received. Easy contact with Gala Tents to rearrane, courteoius and prompt handling goods arrived quickly (next day) High rating because it all related to a small purchase. I have purchased items in previous years from Gala and always found any dealings an easy transaction.
Call up for replacement part. Excellent service and delivered next working day. Very happy and glad I brought a Gala product.
We needed a good marquee for a Christmas For 30 people...We did the event on 7th of Jan the worst possible weather wind and rain.....however this tent stood up to the conditions amazingly well..we had a great time.....highly recommend these tents brill..
Had our first canopy nine years ago so just ordered a new top cover for the frame and we use it regularly Also just purchased a new canopy complete such good value for money ????????
