Brilliantly designed tents. A doddle to put up.

I was very pleased with my order raised with Gala Tent for some replacement bolts. They arrived quickly and were exactly what I required. I would have no hesitation recommending the company to other personnel.

The first thing to remember is to do your research, I ordered the pro-50 without seeing one AND it is BIG.The frame is a lot bigger than I thought it would be.That said it was a lovely piece of workmanship, easy to put up and take down (my wife and I did it no problem) neither of us in our youth.A little disappointed that we wern't to leave the canopy on but understandable.There were a lot of pieces to it as I ordered the side bars, sun canopy etc so a dry run is best. But it was a very good purchase. ordered on thursday, delivered on friday brilliant.I would recommend the galatent to anyone that wants a good stable tent with ease of erection.Thank you

as my 6 x3 gazebo has 6 legs and folds down to to just over 5 ft it is the perfect size to fit in a standard size transit van so that is perfect nice and stable in the wind with weights and groundbars so as i see a 6 x 4 on ebay reasnable price and in the picture it has 6 legs one would assume that t will be the same size or slightly bigger in the bag bit of a shock when it arrived i thaught i had been sent the wrong frame at first 4 legs and nearly 7ft tall in the bag that s not going to fit n the van so put it up in light wind it bends and as there are no legs in the middle for support it is unstable in light wind not what i was expecting the main problem is that it if 2 ft to long to fit in any van as it is for use at a dog rescue all vans have fixed dog crates in them and gazebos can only be put in behind the seats from the sliding door to tall to stand it up in most vans to long to slide it in so a total waste of money only buy one of these size f you drive a 7.5 ton truck bad design unstable and bends when you erect it

This is my third purchase, and love these Marquees, and the ratchet system is just simple but great, recommend, to all our friends and business partners

These guys are absolutely flawless! From speaking to them a few months ago and receiving a quote I went back to the, they remembered who I was and dealt with tommy order very quickly and professionally. From ordering to design and delivery - the whole process was exceptional. I had one point of contact and he loaded with my web designer. They produced a mock up proof within a few days and then delivered within a week. The quality of the 3x3m gala tent is amazing and easy to use. Gala tents is the only place to go.

I've brought a 3-4 Gala party tent 3 years ago, and have had no problems with it, I have now also brought side panels for my 3-3 Gazebo, excellent quality, and as promised received the very next day.The service and support that you receive from Gala tent is 100% out standing.

Delivery was quick, product excellent and made even better with tie down straps to withstand substantial wind.

Overall happy with the banner for the price, the print quality is excellent. However, once it is attached to the gazebo, the pvc fabric starts sagging after only a few hours, even though we attached them as tight as possible. In fact so tightly it was a struggle to get the toggles to close!! Will have to buy some outdoor velcro to stick the banner to the middle of the frame to prevent sagging.

My first Gala tent I purchased had been damaged and I was seeking advice from your Customer Service Advisor, Susan Guest relating to the optimum way of making good the damage. She was extremely helpful relating to this and after some discussions etc. I agreed that it was more advantageous to purchase a replacement canopy. Fortunately this item was being offered at a most favourable price so I accepted the offer. Delivery was achieved in good time and the item is secured in its delivered box. ( I have not yet opened this but would not expect there to be any problems.)Again a great service from your organisation and I have already spoken about this to my friends.Thank you.
