Delivery & service excellent (my 3rd order). Tent superb for the price and pretty resilient even in a storm. Lots of use & still very sound after 2 years. Only niggles are the nuts&bolts which can be a little variable in quality and do corrode a bit if overwintered outdoors (order some spares at the outset). A dumpy bag to carry the tent in is needed but not included and I suggest a small tool to tighten wing nuts. Altogether more than satisfied by the company and product.

We were given a gala marquee without ground fixings - phoned up for advice on what was needed. Was very impressed with the helpful advice and the speed and efficiency of the service. Thank you! Will use you again and recommend you to anyone needing a tent/marquee .

Initially the spare part was on 5 weeks delivery. ..but this was not made clear....bad to advertise and take orders on that basis. .however when I raised this they robbed the spare off a new unit..so customer care saved the day...I still think it id wrong to take money and put an item on back order ..

The marquee was delivered quickly and everything was present and correct. I was not going to use it until this weekend however both my son and I put it up in a couple of hours. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Now that it is up it looks great and I am looking forward to our party this weekend. The quality of poles, and PVC is very good and I am sure I will have many events in this marquee over the coming years. having hired marquees in the past this one is clearly of a similar quality and for the price of a couple of hires I now have my own outside room.

Love my new gazebo - robust and especially like the fuschia pink canopy - ideal for festival workshops!

What a great piece of kit, after buying lightweight gazebos this puts them to shame. Well worth the price tag and a quality product. Very easy to order and delivered as stated within next working day, had a lot of great feedback at the weekend first time the gazebo was erected and have already passed on the company details to a friend who is keen to purchase.

At last. A problem free delivery! Products excellent, people great to deal with, but there have been delivery foul-ups in the past. All went well this time. Please keep up the good work.

Really well built and solid gazebo that should take the battering that comes with our events in exposed areas around the UK. Steel construction and weighs substantially more than our old aluminium gazebo, but rather that than have it fold in on itself. The awning also needs to be removed and stored in the attached pocket but with practice we've got that down to a few minutes. A great purchase.

I ordered a new 3m sun canopy for my gazebo, but received a used 4.5m canopy instead. The process of getting this sorted was slower than it should have been (it took several days Gala to investigate), and then a further few days when they asked me for evidence that it was the wrong size.Ultimately, it was sorted and I got a partial refund so am happy with the final outcome; it was just too long to get there.3 star review as it did did cause me problems at an event where I needed the canopy but could not use it. It eventually get sorted and I know that this is not what I would normally expect from Gala Tent. I have not yet used the correct product but am it looks to be of decent quality.

Everything is great about the Tent/Gazeebo. Easy to put up. Great quality, and very useful videos on the site to help. The only bad thing is the fiddly review process.
