I had previously purchased a star tent from Gala Tent so I knew the product was good quality, which is why I choose to use them again. Gala I found, beat most prices on the market for the product I wanted and the actual product is of very high standard. The Customer Service is second to none, staff are very friendly and always on hand to offer support or help where needed. I have to personally thank Laura for her support she has been amazing. Excellent products. I purchased a 3m X 3m Gazebo four years ago. It stands permanently on my river mooring all year round and I have only just had to replace the canopy. They even had my deatails on record from 4 years ago! Thoroughly impressed and I would certainly recommend Gala products..

The item was as expected the person who took my call was very helpful and delivery was very quick.

Very good product but particularly impressed with customer service. Part of delivery was short and although promised by TNT it didn't arrive. Despite computer hacking issues at TNT, Laura (?) at Gala arranged delivery of ex-showroom stock to fulfil order as we had a party for 120 people in 2 days. Excellent customer service - please pass on thanks to relevant employee.
