The bag arrived broken - the tent is fine but I would ideally like to be sent a new bag, and ideally a larger one as it is almost impossible to fit the gazebo back in after use. Many thanks.

The Lady who we spoke to on the phone was super helpful and patient . Ordered at 3.30 on Thursday and arrived next morning. We ordered the 3 by 3 aluminium frame gazebo , I was pleased with how small it is when packed down and was in a good trolley for pulling around . As a short and not very strong woman I was also pleased that I can get it in and out of my van by myself . First time putting it up was in the pouring rain,(so i'm glad it arrived so quickly) it was quite stiff and getting the clips in took two guys on the market a fair bit of effort. They both said this would loosen up after a few times going up and down in their experience . Putting down however was a breeze and I could get it in the carry bag easily with the help of a small 12 year old. The actual gazebo kept us nice and dry and actually attracted people over to our stall. It was very well made and i'm sure its going serve us well.

An amazing product. Easy to put up and store away, build quality is great, super water proof and was an absolute life saver for us at our race weekend. Cannot recommend Gala enough. Should be a 10 star rating

The 3 by 4 m tent is a good design, but with everything holding together well. The only design fault are the lower rails connecting the uprights: they need spring loaded clips or the wingnut design that the other parts have.

I am a group scout leader - we needed a large dry space for our camps especially during inclement weather. The space required had to be large enough to fit up to 50 members and big enough for us to keep them busy with activities. Having used party tents for a number of years, we found that they did not last the test of time and we had to replace them every other year. They were also extremely light and the slightest wind, dispite our efforts pegging and strapping them down, the tents lifted which caused the canvas to tear and the poles band fittings bend.We purchased a small Gala tent 5 years ago and its been such a success, we raised enough money to buy 2 more.
