We purchased 15 Gala Shade Pro MX Gazebos last year for use at events and were so pleased with them that when we needed a gazebo with sidewalls there was no need to look further than Gala. Excellent sales service with very easy ordering thanks to the very helpful staff (Julie), next day delivery with good quality packing so there was no damage, and another high quality product.

We have seen and tried several gazebos from various company’s, having bought erected and shown various neighbours we are all of the opinion that this is a fantastic gazebo.

These two tents were bought to be used by our Scottish Community Council for functions on our Village Green.The decision was made to buy Gala tents because another local village had Gala tents which we thought were of very good quality.The buying process was easy but the service was spoiled when they arrived unannounced a few days earlier than agreed with the lady at Gala.It is unfortunate that all the pole sections are not permanently marked with their identification letters and numbers in an obvious area not just with stickers on the male ends as they just get rubbed off when assembling and taking down the frame. Also their is a lack of detail with the assembly instructions when fitting the side panels especially the leg covers with the hooks at the bottom to connect into the holes at the bottom of the C Leg poles there is no detail as to how the tops of these covers are to be fixed.Other than that the quality of the tents seems to be what we expected.

We are very please with the quality and size of our gala tent. Once lined and curtains up and furniture installed in it, the ambience was very professional and warming. I bought my first gala tent gazebo in 2013. Pro 40 3x4.5,It has been used almost every weekend during May to August every year since at our outdoor events and has never let us down. Only now is the canopy showing signs of wear with a couple of holes that need repairing.Today I ordered another slightly larger on Pro MX 3x6 as we need a bit more coverage for some events. And I am sure it will provide great service as our original one has for many years to come.

First chance to use the 6x3 marquee at a festival for a week where it proved excellent. Only niggle - those holes up on the top cover where you're supposed to attach guy-lines - they're pretty useless for holding the marquee down plus let in rain. Better if they weren't there.

Always excellent customer service and a great product robustly made. I also like that spares and extras are available. Did I say that I just love tents ? !

Recommendation from a friend. Great product range. Good bargains and honest sale reasons. No nonsense, easy, no gimmicks or sales patter.

We have just used our gazebo, flag and table at an event for the first time.We were pleased at the ease which which we were able to put the gazebo up and delighted with the overall effect. It helped us present a very professional face at yesterday’s Open Farm Sunday event near Marlborough, Wiltshire.It was also easy to take down and put away. I wanted a 12m x 4m tent and was told that you no longer provided these but you could supply 2 6m x 4m with a gutter kit. when i received the tent there was no gutter kit and you had none in stock

Purchased a repair patch which was too small,pity they don't come in different sizes

The sales team were very helpful in describing the product - delivery was on time and the marquee proved to be easy to erect. The poles and covers are good quality and should give our Scout Group many years camping.
