Gala Tents basically saved my daughter's 21st birthday party from being a complete wash out. I had organised to rent a marquee for the weekend and was let down at the last minute. I phoned Gala and they were incredibly helpful, offered lots of useful advice and organised to courier a marquee to me by the following morning. The marquee was very straightforward to assemble and my husband and family had it sorted within an hour or so. It was equally quick to take down. The cost of buying a marquee is only little more than renting one and am so delighted that our rental fell through as now we have the best possible excuse to throw a party at the drop of a hat!
Staff were easy to get along with and quick to process my order in which I needed quite urgently.

Five stars as advice prior to purchase, the purchase process, and quick delivery were very efficient , with a good customer interface. I followed up one one item which was dealt with by return.
