I had been researching for sometime, I had been given a few recommendations from others in the food trade, I had to wait for the stick to arrive BUT it happened on time and as promised, comms were great and it was no trouble at all. Gazebo is well made, easy to put up. Great quality, Only downside I would say is there was no bag for the frame or roof, just the sides.

Purchased the Pro 50 Gazebo, 3x4.5 metres with full set of sidewalls, ground bars and all necessary accessories for secure anchorage of the gazebo. Also purchased lights and the wheeled bag. Overall very happy with the gazebo: it’s sturdy and we expected it to have a good lifespan even in our Scottish weather. Also very happy with the level of service and the advice we were given before we completed our purchase. On these counts I’d give a 5 star rating. However, I’m disappointed to find significant rust marks from the ground bars appearing at the bottom of the sidewalls after only a few days use. While this in no way affects the use of the gazebo, for me aesthetic appearance matters. Hence I’ve given an overall rating of 4 stars instead of 5. I’ve checked the website for advice/products for cleaning and maintenance of the canopy and sidewalls without success. Perhaps you could advise me with regard to this, including any recommended products.

Overall a really good marquee. It is very sturdy and I would hold up with most weather conditions. Was easy to put up. Only negative is the bag with wheels is not designed particularly well. The handles are in the wrong place making it slightly crush your hands as you walk and due to the tiny wheels is not easy to move on anything but tarmac.

Service was really 1st class, and efficient. When unpacked delivery a couple of weeks after recdeipt, one item was found to be slightly damaged, although can be easily overcome. Thouroughly recommend company.

Excellent service from a knowledgeable staff. Great value for money. Several issues with the shipping company which was not caused by Galatents directly. However there was a delay caused by a lazy driver - which could have been critical - fortunately solved. Delighted with the tent which worked well for our Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

All round excellent

As a long time gazebo purchaser, spending money every time the gazebo broke under the strain of a small gust of wind. I wish that I had bought this marquee earlier! Such a strong shelter, with the lights and heater I added later it was a great outdoor party space. Great service from the guys too as I wanted it in time for the jubilee weekend and they sorted it out in time. It is a lot bulkier than a cheap gazebo but definitely well worth the extra you pay for this quality. Highly recommend

Wrong product came but immediately and efficiently put right. Still waiting on more parts to come, am sure they will, ????

Wonderful product, printed to order

Great customer service - kept me informed at all stages of delivery. Canopy was a replacement for an old one we'd had quite a few years. Fitted perfectly - brilliant choice of colours. Will be back again in future when this canopy has had its day. For information - we put the gazebo up at beginning of Summer and it stays there until end of Autumn. So good quality and durable. Will but from Gala Tents again when i need to.

Good product good service shame about the delivery

One invoice, two parcels arriving a week apart despite both stated dispatched and out for delivery. Poor courier service, had to contact Gala 3 times to resolve this issue.

Looking good so far. Previous gala gazebo pole bags wore badly. Hopefully these will be better.

Good sturdy gazebo would of give 5 stars but all the eye holes you put your legs in to secure sides tore and became loose due to wind
