Delivery was on the expected date and was well packaged, the instructions were a bit to basic. The product quality is superb and is great value for money, we previously bought a cheaper gazebo as a temporary fix but this failed quite quickly,then we bought the gala tent ,.. the poles were a different quality altogether and very substantial, and the canopy is very very rugged. A great product at a good price

We brought our gala tent for our catering business, we were really pleased with the pleasant and helpful nature of the sales team. Our gala tent arrived the next day as agreed and we were very impressed with the quality of the product. The frame and fabrics are far more robust than our previous gazebo and hopefully will give long years of service. The instructions were clear and easy to understand and the frame went up quickly. We have since used the gala tent at Christmas markets in December and have been impressed by the quality.The only reason for a four star is the bag that the frame came in has already split and is starting to fall apart, this could do with improving
