Having had my first Gala Tent Gazebo 5 years ago I wouldn't even consider anything else. No hesitation in buying my second one. Don't be tempted by cheaper, these are the best. My first has ( quite literally ) been the last gazebo standing on one occasion !

The service was first class and the gentleman was very helpful.Delivery was next day.I purchased our 3m x 3m Gala Shade Pro 40 in June 2012, with a white canopy.We have used it in different types of weather, including wind.Once it tipped onto one leg with no problem (thougth I would not recommend it).I can certainly recommend the Pro 40.This time I purchased a new canopy as we wanted to change the colour to purple.I seems that the new canopy is now made from a better material.It seems lighter and more important it slides easier over the frame.This makes erecting it so much easier and less effort.

Service was brilliant. Ordered new canopy and 3 4-way joints on wednesday afternoon and they turned up Thurday morning! The UPVC cover looks very strong but is very heavy. My only disappointment was that the joints didn't arrive with the wing bolts to tighten them as I didn't realise that I needed to order them separately! My fault but it could have been checked when I placed the order, Not a major issue but worth mentioning.

Great product, great suppliers

Ordered a pro 50 Gazebo with extras and told all was in stock and would be next day delivery but unfortunately only 3 of the 4 boxes arrived when the 4th box did arrive 4 days later had wrong items yet again 2 orders in 2 weeks and both wrong now I’m told I have to wait a month for one of the bars so I’ve bought a gazebo for £600 + which I can’t use !!! Disappointed

I bought a printed gazebo along with 2 aluminum trestle tables and a wrap banner. Everything look amazing, everywhere we have been, we stand out from the others. Set up instructions were available and the products are made with such simplicity which make them easy to assemble.From start to finish, Lee my sales assistance was there all the way to answer all my questions and reassure me. I am really happy with the products and will order again in the future.

Simply outstanding customer care. They were let down by the courier, but rescued the day by sending out an additional part to get us sorted. No questions, no arguments, just plain good old genuine customer care. The Gazebo is bloody good too !!!!
