From the first phone call to finally receiving our gazebo the agent we were talking to was super helpful. We were allowed to see lots of mockups, colour choices and logo placement which we were very impressed with. We won't be using the tent for a few more weeks but so far very happy

Wow, if there was ever a gazebo to buy, this is the one. We have bought a few inferior ones over the years and have been let down by the sub quality of the other brand gazebos. We recently took the plunge on many first hand recommendations and we are very glad we did. The gazebo is far superior to others out there. Yes it is more expensive but believe me when I say it is worth it. This one is going to last. I have complete faith in it. The sales team made the selection and purchase seamless.
