I have used Gala Tent for many years and will continue to do so. However, I am not a fan of the present method of fixing panel sides to poles with Velcro. Be warned they are just not strong enough to cope with a moderate wind and can tear away from the stitching. This was never a problem with the bungee toggle strap system of attachment which was robust, and being flexible able to cope with a moderate wind. New Side Panels purchased this year have already lost some of their Velcro fixing straps. Such a shame, especially as they are British Made! Moderate Winds cannot be avoided and I would like the Manufacturer to reconsider the strain the Velcro fittings stitching has to take. Alternatively a reasonable cost repair patch should be available. In the meantime I will endeavour to effect a suitable repair myself.Overall I would normally award 5 stars but have shaded it because of my concerns over the Velcro pole fittings.

Quick delivery. Superb quality gazebo which is very easy to build.

1st class service. After ordering I had to change the colour, one phone call got this sorted & my item arrived quickly. Delighted with the item & will be ordering more.

The Gala Tent cost far more than the tent it replaced, but you can see why. The tent is much stronger, the materials are of a premium quality, and the design of tent makes it very easy to put up. The other benefit is that the bag that is supplied is not designed to be used by manufacturers who have the ability to fold a tent perfectly flat - there is room in the bag to store all of the components folded tidily but it doesn't have to be pressed.

Good service, very happy with the product

I received excellent service. A young lady rang immediately to say one of my items (canvass waterproofer) was out of stock, was I happy to wait....I explained that we needed it for three days later so removed it from the order which was all organised for me....two hours later i received another call to say they had found some, we discussed how much i would need for a medium sized tent....it arrived the very next day. This is what I call Service and although my order was tiny I felt valued as a customer in a way I have not for a while.Thank you Customer Services. Cheryl Thompson July 2019

Very helpful customer service allowed me to figure out exactly what I wanted, the print work was easy to arrange and delivery/turn around was fast and exactly when I was told it was going to be. The product itself is light weight but strong and easy to manage

Very easy to order and delivered the next day. Have only used once and appears to be of superb quality. I hope that the product stands the test of time (having had one before for commercial use), I have no doubt. Highly recommend.
