Great product and great customer support. Our party was a huge success, partly due to our smart Gala Tent. We hope to enjoy summer parties with it for many years to come having chosen the strong PVC version.

Outstanding quality and strength means it doesn't collapse with a small amount of rain. We bought the 15kg weights and this has held it firm in winds so far up to 22 mph.

Bought this canopy to fit the 3x3m pro gazebo frame. Really impressed with the quality of construction, pleasant staff and speed of delivery. Expensive but having wasted my money on cheap frames that buckle and canopies that tear I will only buy from Gala Tent in future.

Once again the service from Gala Tent is superb. We ordered some spare marquee parts which were readily available and sensibly priced. The service and prompt delivery is second to none.

Unfortunately our lovely gazebo lost a fight with bad weather and needed new parts. The friendly staff at gala tent sorted us out in no time and the parts were with us the next day.

I wanted new carry bag for an 8-10 year old 3m x 6m Gazebo and was helped by a young man to order the correct sized bag. In all an excellent experience and one very happy customer

Ground bar kit for 4.5 pop up gazebo. Was a bit dubious if this kit would work but was astonished at how good it is...! VERY fiddly to fit and I can see the 'wing nuts' getting lost very quickly. (something similar to the strengthening bar fixing would be good guys..!) but once installed I was amazed at how much the sidewalls stopped flapping and the whole gazebo felt much more secure. Well worth the purchase price and if they can come up with a better way of fixing, it would be 5 stars all round.

I’ve bought 4 gala tents in the past but my last purchase of a 4x10 was a tad disappointing. It had 5 bungees missing and the ground rail has become an extra. I seem to remember that it was standard. The tent itself went up quickly and is of fairly good quality.
