Very helpful customer service leading up to the purchase of our gazebo! The Gala Tent team helped us decide which was the best gazebo for us based on our previous purchases and their new products. Excellent service and a great quality product. Our old 6m x 12m marquee was purchased from Gala 10 years ago and looking a bit sad after many years of faithful service. The poles and side panels were all still serviceable, We only needed to replace the roof. Looking forward to another 10 years with the knowledge that all the other parts can be replaced as required.

We bought this marquee for a big family do for my mum's 90th. It was really easy to put up, taking two of us just over an hour. It is good quality and everything fitted easily. The elastic toggles make it really easy as they provide the tension. Just a tip that seemed to work better - put them through the roof first so the toggle sits against that, then it is a lot easier to run lights, bunting etc through later. We had the marquee up for five days, including one quite stormy one, and it was fine with just the guy ropes it came with. The zippable doors and side panels make it very easy to adapt to the conditions. Overall a great buy that made it a very special weekend, and for less than the cost of hiring we have a marquee that should last for years. We couldn't recommend it too highly!

I've been using Galatent products for about 7 years now. A couple of heavy duty 3m x 3m pop up gazebos which are 2nd to none.Recently built myself a permanent bespoke wooden garden gazebo. Decided I needed side panels as wind breakers & for waterproof use. Got ridiculous quotes from bespoke side panel makers of around £250 + vat for 3m wide x 2m high panels each. I needed 4 so they wanted £1000 + vat. I decided to get 4 side panels from Galatent & after a few minor cosmetic stitched adjustments look exactly as I wanted for nearly 10x less than quoted by bespoke makers.As per usual the service & product quality from Galatent was brilliant. Delivery superfast.Thankyou

This is a company where it does 'exactly what it says on the tin'. Top marks for sales - promptly responded to my telephone call, knew all about the specs of their products and had what I wanted available in stock. Delivery next day was swift and sure. And the price was very competitive. But best of all? The Gazebo itself is excellent. Just as described, compact and lightweight and yet remarkably sturdy. Very happy with this purchase and with this company. Thank you very much.
