I purchased my Gala Gazebo for a community event. It is robust, easy to erect and was just what we wanted. I rang Customer Services to check I was ordering what I wanted and to ask for advice on my purchase and received all the information I needed from a very polite and pleasant member of the team. The delivery came promptly the next day and all parcels and parts were delivered together. Excellent service and would recommend.

The ordering process was made easy with thanks to the fully confident sales staff and delivery was even just as professional compared to some other delivery outfits. Needed a new marquee, and today's offer made it possible. I will say I found finding accessories not easy. If you want general bits like sides, roofs etc very easy, but I needed replacement ground bar bits and I could not find anything about the ground bars easily on the website, unless I missed something, I did finally find what i wanted, but only after remembering what they were called so I could search.
