First of all customer service was excellent as regards the gazebo really is second to none as I was advised, I was a little sceptical at first as anyone would say that about their own brand but it truly is, the whole quality of it is brilliant and made to last. I shouldn't say this but when put it up I was surprised at the cost of thinking compared with whats out there they could easily charge more BUT hope they don'tNo kidding its a pleasure to see the quality and care put into itan just for the record I don't do reviews but for once I had to for this one!Mike
