Excellent quality and very robust. Videos for construction are also helpful. Had to contend with a full gale about a week after I put it up and no problems. Just be aware it needs decent tie downs to cope with that kind of weather. I used 3' long steel stakes driven 2 1/2 ' into the ground at an angle with ratchet straps and there were no problems. Only reason for 4 stars was the delivery charge to the Islands. Other manufacturers can deliver free of charge or at the same price as for the rest of the UK. Other than that, 5 stars.

Great product ,work a treat as they are quality and well made ,do not waste your money on cheaper amazon or eBay versions as I did originally only to send them back

Great company to deal with and quick service . Recently borrowed my 4.5m x 3m gazebo to someone who managed to bend 8 of the struts. Not many other companies supply individual parts to repair it, but Gala does, and now back up and running. Roof and covers of superior quality to other company’s. Would highly recommend them

When my existing gazebo collapsed recently under the weight of heavy rain I searched the internet for a replacement from a UK based company which designed and supplied gazebos. I was impressed by the Gala Tents website and what it said about their products. I spoke to their customer services who gave very clear advice about which of their gazebos is suitable for my sort of usage. I bought their entry-level gazebo over the phone and was very impressed by their arrangements for ensuring the security of credit card details. The new gazebo arrived the next day as promised and the quality is outstanding. The frame is clearly much stronger than that of other products of a comparable price and the canopy is strong and waterproof. The vital thing about it is that it prevents pooling, thus avoiding heavy accumulations of water. I have no hesitation in recommending Gala Tents.

Marquee brackets - Excellent quality as always but spoiled by being supplied without wing nuts - either supply the whole item as in the original or make it clear at the time of purchase that this is an extra item.

Bought this to put up in the garden for our Daughter's 21st Birthday and was just what we were looking for. Quality product compared to others we had looked at and well worth the money.
