After loosing our old gazebo in a gust of wind I wanted something of a sturdier quality to replace it. I found Galatent through Google and they were brilliant!! Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff on the call helped me buy the style, colour and quality appropriate for my needs and ensured me that if it did not arrive the next day it would definitely be the day after due to the Christmas delivery delays. However, no need to worry, it did arrive the next day!! The quality it exceptional, and I went for mid range, sturdy frame and waterproof covers with a fantastic tie down kit, the gazebo hasn’t moved at all !!! Super quality, super service... couldn’t recommend more highly... in fact I already have, and a friend has already bought one too!!

We struggled to find a quality supplier for an outside tented area until we found GALA TENTS. From our initial call to delivery and after service, I cannot praise them enough. In terms or the product, we bought a Blue 3x4.5M Tent that is 100% waterproof, fully zipped sides along with a ground fixing kit. A sturdy tent which definitely needs two people to put up. Coped fine with several rainy days. The 'canvas leaks a little bit, but just gets moist on the inside and doesn't trouble the occupants. It is very easy to add or remove the side panels using velcro and zip fastenings which has been really useful in managing winter weather. I also liked the eyelets for guy ropes which are more secure than weights on the feet. No problems with last night's gale, although I had taken down the side walls. The ratchet straps work well to guy the tent, but do not have instructions I found releasing them into be tricky and fiddly. Maybe these could be improved or, if there is a trick to it, let us have instructions!!
