The sales staff were very helpful and Gala Tent have delivered a well-made product as promised, at a reasonable price. Market research directed us to this retailer, as it was obvious from reviews that other similar products were less well-made. We are now making good use of a nice, solid tent with an attractive design optimised for ease of pitching. The only suggestions we would make are that the ratchet straps for the heavy-duty tie-down system are perhaps 12' too short to meet the pegs easily. An extra one each of the butterfly nuts, elastic toggles etc would be welcome. It is a mistake in our view not to bundle simple carrying bags with the kit - they make an unwelcome 'extra' after the main outlay. Including them would reinforce Gala Tent's obvious attention to detail and accent on quality. All round, an excellent product that we can fully recommend.

The 6m x 3m gazebo purchased is for family occasions in the garden, and from our first test it assembles easily and fits within all the supporting bags and containers.The larger aluminium frame is sturdy and lighter than the same sized but lower cost steel structure. This was the major factor in deciding between the models in the range. It allowed just 2 people to pull out the concertinaed frame, and cover with the top canvas. It was found important to raise the frame sufficiently to clear the central legs from the ground to allow easier expansion, otherwise the central legs can drag on the ground increasing fiction making it harder to expand.The colour we selected for the canvas is ideal for our needs, with the choice of windows and door openings to fit into the location making this an impressive gazebo once installed.It remains a heavy structure, so more hands make lighter work during installation, and the heavy duty wheeled canvas bag make storage easy.

Brilliant. Yes it’s pricey but comparative to quality you get what you pay for here. The hex frame is solid and with the reinforcing bars it is extremely robust. The roof canvas secures well with large Velcro patches and well stitched straps secured with clips. The walls are made of the same heavy canvas as the roof and zip together up the sides, with heavy duty Velcro along the top to attach to the roof. They also have very well stitched Velcro straps internally which fasten to the gazebo legs. The sides have pegging points and are very well made overall. The door and window are zipped shut or rolled up and held by sturdy straps. It is possible to erect alone and once up looks impressive and professional. The gazebo bag/trolley is equally well made and worth buying, it can hold the frame and the roof canvas with room to spare.Overall very well made and looks like it will last for years, very happy.

Always very pleased with our gala gazebo used for our market trading business. Sometimes the special nuts and bolts work there way free and very pricey to replace so this is a pain. Some tears on gazebo too but fabric gets worn with wind, rain and sun, although our first cover last many years and subsequent lasting a lot less so quality has diminished I think. Otherwise generally pleased.

We needed a strong quality tent for our local conservation group. Darren was very helpful throughout the ordering and purchase process. The artwork department gave us good advice as to the requirements for printing the group name and logo. Payment was easy and dispatch was arranged for a convenient time. The tent arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. All in all we were very impressed and would certainly use Gala Tent again and recommend them.
