Great Service and Communication. Bought a couple of infrared marquee heaters, website advised to call for availability (this was at a time when everyone in tier 2 wanted outside heaters). I was told they were out of stock, but would come in a week and to my surprise one week later I was informed they had arrived and were with me the next day!

Bought this product a few months ago, its been through high winds and excessive rain, and it didn't budge, its been used for multiple partys, and I am buying a second one for my other property, I'd highly recommend this to anyone
