Excellent quality and very robust. Videos for construction are also helpful. Had to contend with a full gale about a week after I put it up and no problems. Just be aware it needs decent tie downs to cope with that kind of weather. I used 3' long steel stakes driven 2 1/2 ' into the ground at an angle with ratchet straps and there were no problems. Only reason for 4 stars was the delivery charge to the Islands. Other manufacturers can deliver free of charge or at the same price as for the rest of the UK. Other than that, 5 stars.

Marquee brackets - Excellent quality as always but spoiled by being supplied without wing nuts - either supply the whole item as in the original or make it clear at the time of purchase that this is an extra item.

Quality Gazebo, very Robust. Only fault I can say and maybe that’s because the Gazebo is still New is that with Two people it’s very stiff to erect and takes a while for everything to open out.

I have now used the gazebo in several weather conditions including wind gusts of 35mph. Using weights obviously, the gazebo has held up well.Downside. Check the white capped nuts of on the frame as I have now lost several of these as they come loose and fall off whilst putting up/taking down the gazebo. Have contacted Gala tents about this but have yet received no reply.

Excellent quality and service from Gala tent - I have ordered from them several times in the past and would thoroughly recommend their product. Only lose the 5th star as the canopy legs are consistently too long and either need shortening or a home-punched extra eyelet put 3-4cm up from the one supplied to stop them coming un-pegged and flapping. Couple of design aspects I would change in order to improve flexibility and ease of use.

Brilliant product - but NOT as easy to put up as you see in the videos. Have spoken to after sales and apparently will get easier - frame is fairly tight from new....so fingers crossed!

The marquee we have looks great and feels good quality however we are still waiting for the storm kit to arrive and with 50 mile per hour winds forecast this weekend we are quite worried about how the marquee will fare!

Only received 3x3m gazebo couple of days ago. Time will tell but so far quality appears excellent, and i expect long life. Delivery charge to Ireland was enormous (i order from the UK a lot and never paid such a high price.... even heavier items were either free or substantially lower delivery cost), im not sure if Covid19 was a factor.I marked down for 2 reasons. 1-delivery charge was too high 2-There was no house number on the delivery and the driver had to go knocking on doors to get the right place.

I bought a gazebo, sidewalls, side bars and anchoring kit with 2 x 3 metre trade tables. I use this kit for makers markets and pop up restaurants and can honestly say I don’t think you could buy a better quality gazebo. It’s easy to put up/down and made of high quality material as are the lantern and side panels which all zip together nicely.The tables I feel aren’t quite up to scratch. They are sometimes tricky to put the tops on which are very heavy and can be a little awkward. The base they sit on in my opinion isn’t sturdy enough. It’s square legged and feels lightweight to me. There are other brands similar to this with sturdier bases and lighter tops and I will probably replace with these at some point. So I’d give the tables 2.5 stars out of 5 if this was a separate review. Having used this kit now for two months regularly I feel I can review this equipment confidently. The gazebo is awesome, really good solid piece of kit. Tables not for me. Customer service I’ve found to be excellent. Would definitely buy from Gala tent again no problem with that.

Bought the hex 55 deal with extras. Canopy had to be changed as had holes in it (was sent a replacement) still waiting on my Free Gazebo lights 2 months in and the sun shade awning brackets don't fit the frame, but overall the gazebo is strong and solid.

We love our gazebo it’s very sturdy and the fabric feels very good quality. My only criticism would be that the leg wights don’t work very well if you wish to have the sides on. When you put the leg weights on you can’t attach the Velcro on the side panels to the legs. The Velcro’s isn’t long enough to go round the leg weights. We are thinking of purchasing Velcro To make an extension to the side wall Velcro to go round the leg Weight bags. That I think they should have come with it

Gala Tent has nice customer service but the thing that sell their products is the quality! I'm in to racing and have a 3x6meter gazeboo as padoc tent. The one i have now is 8-10 years and still in good shape. I bought a spare roof for it now as the old one starts to get thin.Downside is their shipping prices to Sweden is way to high!

The products from Gala are excellent and delivery next day is fantastic. I found them through Google and ordered more when I realised I needed a few extras. The 4 stars not 5 however is for the sales side. Too many emails to sign up for a mailing list and the first time I called to speak to a sales person they just didn't listen to what I needed, but kept telling me I needed the most expensive model. I didn't! This almost put me off buying again - luckily the product quality from the first delivery was enough to continue to buy. So, Gala - please less sales talk - it isn't 1986 - and more honest advice to get more custom.
