I had a few issues with the first gazebo I ordered, it was far to heavy, note to anyone ordering check how heavy they are. I picked a replacement up, not as heavy, sturdy frame, the canvas fits well. Like the Velcro to secure the sides to the roof and the skirt to deflect water round the bottom. Hopefully will last a long time.

Good communication by telephone and delivery as per schedule with no problems. Bought second highest grade of commercial for beer garden use and will fulfill all our needs.

A very well made Gazebo, deserving of 5 stars, but the instructions were confusing and seemed as if they were written by a foreign language speaker. For such a good product a better set of instructions is needed. Definitely needs two people to erect it, not two over 70's as we are! But we managed. Look forward to many outdoor meetings under its protection.

After a hiccup with my first order when I gave a lower rating, I'm pleased to say I have now used the replacement gazebo. It's not as heavy as the original one, note to everyone read the small print re weight. It's not easy trying to put up on my own, but once its up its strong, the velcro sides to roof make it secure and the skirt deflects the water at the bottom. Wasn't cheap, but hopefully good quality it will last longer than cheaper ones.

Great product but was unhappy to receive sales calls from a sister company afterwards when you passed on my personal details to them! Trying to sell me credit card terminal machine? This will make me consider if I will use you again!

Good quality tent has stood up to a few storms so far.

Works very well. Only thing to complain about are the sand bags provided. Velcro tabs very poor quality. Come apart very easily. Bags are not heavy enough to cope with high winds. Purchased double bags with superior velcro fastenings, and they work a treat. Apart from the bags, a very good purchase

Hi, Purchased a 6m x 4m Gala standard marquee @ £395 with free delivery. Two of the poles were damaged on delivery, but quickly replaced without any problems, so Customer service considered very good. The poles and connectors are substantial and the covers are decent enough quality for the money. The Bungee hangers are easy to connect, but the elastic cord is lightweight and you feel they will not survive too many uses. The main gripe is that the canopy is a poor fit for the frame in that it is too tight across the width. I will probably need to machine 5 mm off the end of the 8no. 'rafter' poles for the canopy to fit well, which is a shame. Also the 4no. guy ropes supplied to hold the canopy corners down are very lightweight with no fittings. I will be making my own ropes up to do the job adequately . Also we found the Gala marquee quite an effort to put up and down, and we found the leg poles tended to jam into the sockets which made taking the unit down a challenge. This is because the leg pole jams at the curve of the connector. I would add that we are very experienced at pitching and striking tradition canvas 20ft by 20ft marquees on a regular basis , but our new the Gala Marquee certainly requires more effort. Criticisms aside, it is a good product overall and I do not regret the purchase. I'm sure it is far better than most on the market, and with a bit more refinement and care to detail would be a really excellent product. AW

Overall I am please with the quality of the tent. I don’t like the Velcro’ door and panel fixings would have preferred zips. Very difficult to get the pieces.to connect seems the panels are just a bit short.

Amazing Industrial Gazebo for a great price.

There is no reason for not being a 5 star, rather it is a personal thing that no-one is that 100% perfect. Anyway I have been communicating with the company over a long period of months, in fact before the covid lockdown, but then hit a snag as my order was linked to applications for funding and therefore everything was delayed. However, eventualy the funding came through and I was able to continue with the order for 12 gazebos with associated tables and other equipment. There were possibly a few hiccups with communication and I did feel I seemed to be the one doing the running around. However, the goods have now been delivered and am most happy with the quality and appearance of the goods purchased. In fact the packaging is immense and certainly protective of the contents. All in all therefore not a bad effort, just as I say need to tidy up a bit on maintaining communication
