Following some serious research on who was considered the premier manufacturers of Gazebos, I chose Galatent.The order process was professional and communication was exemplary.Delivered promptly despite having my Canopy printed in my livery.Erecting was easy, in fact I did it on my own.Extremely happy with my purchase. Quality is superb. Look no further. This is the Rolls Royce of Gazebos.

The old canvas was ripped, it was about 8 years old so very pleased with how long it lasted. Was going to order a new gazebo, but then realised I could just order a replacement canvas at a fraction of the cost. Ordered a new canvas, arrived within 2 days, very easy to fit onto the existing frame. Really pleased that I've got my gazebo back.

From the first phone call with Andrew, nothing was too much trouble. Having never purchased a Gazebo before and in particular a commercial one for our Charity, Andrew was very informative and helped every step of the way. Brilliant customer service, I rang to enquire about which patch I needed for our gala tent, and they even found our old invoice from years ago to make sure I selected the correct one! I then ordered online and the patches were delivered the very next day! The only reson I haven't given the full 5 stars is that there are no instructions available for using the repair kit patches. Thank you Gala Tent for such good service!

My marquee has been up since October through the winter and into our sunny spring/summer, hopefully. It is an absolute god send it is good for entertaining and now with the weather as unpredictable as ever an outdoor workshop. No complaints no problems. Thank you

Purchased tent two months ago. Just purchased more storm pegs and some feet that broke in the recent 60mph winds. My fault for not pegging that end down. This is the second storm the marquee has weathered and faired really well. An excellent purchase

Fantastic product couldn’t be happier with the pro 50 gazebos I purchased a wonderful recommended alternative to the marquees that were sold out. Really helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone personally or professionally. The delivery company however really let the whole process down and would not recommend using them to anyone.

We bought two Gala gazebos to allow us to run outdoor youth sessions during Level Three Lockdown.They have proved to be up to the job and now that they are unpacked and in their transport bags they are used 2-3 times per week.Willy. (Manager: Citadel Youth Centre)
