Good quality

A great pop up gazebo with very sturdy legs and frame. Quite heavy but not a problem getting it up - not suitable for one person - better with two - four strong willing helpers. Lovely colours, and good tie down straps and heavy duty pegs.Excellent wheeled case, which fits the framework perfectly and is a must for easy handling.Time will tell how long the gazebo lasts but it seems well constructed and far better with some of the so-called heavy duty gazebos I have used in the past - most of which rarely last beyond one season, in my experience.Best of all was the friendly and knowledgeable service I received over the telephone - plenty of advice and telephone when everything was ready to be shipped - next day shipment and was delivered before 11:00 am - perfect service.

I purchased a marquee many years ago from Gala and it stands testament to the quality and design of the craftsmanship and organisation. I have since purchased many additions for my great tent including a new replacement cover which it deserved. My latest addition is some nice bags to protect poles and covers all a nice gift for good service. The order came the next day virtually and is just as hoped for. Gala quality puts other similar structures into the shade, no comparison for the quality and long levity. Wonderful service and quality, thank you Gala tent once again.

the gazebo was of very good quality and the team who I ordered with were very useful, had 1 minor issue with the zip on the bag but issue was dealt with quickly and had a new ag the next day

The reasons I choose to purchase from Gala was twofold, one that the product is made in the UK and two the emphasise on quality of materials , design and manufacture. Which since using it has proven to be a good choice and has received many complimentary comments. Ps Had occasion to speak with its customer care team over obtaining a missing bolt and i was dealt with promptly by the lady manager in a professional and friendly manner with the piece delivered the next day. So glad i found this company. They have the best gazebo's on the market. I purchased the 3x3 sides to fit by current gazebo. The quality of the material is perfect for outside conditions, not flimsy or easy to rip like others on the market. 100% satisfied. I'll be purchasing the 3X6 complete unit if I can get a decent discount.

I am reviewing this based on my experience in ordering the marquee; it has yet to arrive. The buying process was first-class, and Darren was hugely helpful and knowledgeable.I understood that my delivery was to be yesterday (26/8) or today. I am hoping for today, as I would like to be able to go out once delivery is complete. Despite downloading the XPD tracker app. I have at the time of typing this (11.10 27/8) no idea of when the tent will arrive. I find the app. singularly unhelpful and, given that it receives a single star rating fro around 800 responders on the Android App. site, I am not alone.....

Arrived on time. the gala tent is very well made and of very good quality . it took three of us a few hours to put up and I would certainly recommend that every body buy a Gala tent !!
