I recently ordered some replacement parts for what I believed to be a Gala tent gazebo. The parts arrived very quickly but unfortunately we’re not suitable (completely my error) so I called to arrange a return of goods.From start to finish this company dealt with me in a very efficient and polite way and couldn’t have made it any easier. BY FAR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve experienced anywhere.

Alternative I haven’t used the tent yet I want to say that when we called in to Gala the gentleman who helped us with our purchase was both helpful and knowledgeable. He told what was best for us and our needs. No flannel. Good experience
Absolutely perfect so easy to erect and dismantle very sturdy bought a 4mx4m family loved it it was great to have all family round for newyear worth every penny cant wait for next party cheers GALA

You get what you pay for!! After a disaster with a different company and far inferior product, I phoned Gala and how glad was I! Not just for the ease of ordering but such a wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful guy!! There were some additions needed that I had not considered and I have no doubt he dreams about gazebos in his sleep!! The gazebo is heavy! (Delivered on a pallet!) substantially packed so perfect!! It is easy to erect and so solid and withstood the rigours of our climate until gale force winds were forecast in early December and thought it prudent to take down!! It has been great for enabling outside gatherings during the big C!! Don’t hesitate to buy!! ????

Excellent service over the phone, tWhen placed my order. Even delivered to Jersey which was Amazing, as hard to find. Customer services helped us track our delivery as it was over the Christmas period so a little late but nothing to bad and in plenty of time for what we wanted it for. MARQUEE is fantastic, and the quality is 5*, worth paying that bit more as will last for years to come. Also survived the wind. 100% recommend this MARQUEE.
Am very happy with our gala tent very sturdy and the heaters are great . Would recommend to anyone over one of those flimsy pop up gazebos !!
