Great service

Having had a fairly sturdy gazebo for a few years for my craft business I wanted something a lot sturdier that I wouldn’t be worried about if it was windy. This gazebo is fantastic! I used it for the first time yesterday and as all around me suffered problems in the wind, my gazebo stayed strong. Plus points: The storm straps and large pegs are a must if you’re pitching on grass, they are the ultimate fixings. Unlike other gazebos, there are 4/5 peg points on each of the sides which really helps reduce flapping. The frame is strong, sturdy and doesn’t bend. Everything about the gazebo is high quality including the carry bag that comes with it. I had my logo printed on the canopy and it looks fantastic. Minus points: it’s heavy, really heavy! There is absolutely no way my husband or I can deal with this on our own so you definitely need two people to put it up. I had a bit of an issue with the carrier that delivered my items but luckily I had allowed a good amount of time before needing it all as it came in three separate deliveries over several days rather than one. Thanks to Julie for chasing and sorting it all out for me. I am so delighted with this gazebo and would totally recommend it. It’s more expensive than I ever thought I would pay but totally worth it if you’re using a gazebo on a regular basis.

Excellent, durable gazebos. We have usex these for our fresh fish stalls for years. I just wish they did a navy ,not just a royal blue

No brainer decision! Having ordered a canopy from Gala instantly solved my problem.

Required a new marquee after our existing one had been damaged beyond repair in the last major store (it had survived for two years during covid in our pub carpark) gala Tent delivered, as usual, really seamless ordering and delivery of our new 8 x 4m marquee. slight problem with the courier missing one of the parcels but this was resolved within 24 hours. We've used the website for spares ordering and replacement parts previously and cannot fault the service we have received.Adrian

Previously used Gala Tent at the start of the pandemic, fab service.Due to storm damage recently, we needed a replacement marquee. Both Darren and Christopher enabled us to get a new marquee with sign writing in next to know time. Great product and brilliant service.Highly recommended.
