I needed a replacement canopy as I'd ripped the original badly trying to take the gazebo down on my own..my fault. The repair strips are great but it was far beyond repairable.I had a quick 'chat' with the rep and had a joke about missing the winter sale. POlaced the order and it was waiting for me the next day when `i got home from work. Realy slick service thank you. No hesitation in recommending your company.
