We had to replace the original grey painted slide together frame poles of a 4 x 4 Gala Tent , having previously replaced all the coverings . Even during lock down circumstances they were there to help and within two minutes I had my order to confirm arrive by email. I confirmed and paid to receive a phone call to confirm the order and delivery details for next day delivery , which it did by 10 am !! Excellent service , in fact as Normal for Gala Tent company . Great service and great tents. We now have a 4 x 12 metre tent and a 4 x 4 metre one. Both are really useful and so easy to put up. They are really robust. Party Party!
The gala shade pro-50 pop up is very, very good. Strong, and easy to set up with two people, it's robust to withstand some decent winds and is good quality. Would definitely recommend.
We bought a 4x8m galatent 3 years ago for scout camps and decided that it would be good to have a 4x4m cover for smaller events which we bought the year after and used it with part of the 4x8m frame (all the parts are interchangeable). Now we have bought the 4x4m frame and this gives us two complete tents.
