In this world of poor customer service it is nice to find a company like Galatent. I bought a pop up gazebo from them a few years ago and use it regularly. It has been faultless. I recently lost 2 poles from it as a result of my own stupidity. A quick call to Galatent resulted in the correct replacement parts delivered to my door the next day. Superb service. I would not hesitate to buy a product from this company..

After losing some parts to my pop up gazebo I thought it would probably have to be dumped. However after contacting Gala Tent they sent me replacement parts incredibly quickly. They were remarkable value for money and fitted perfectly. This is a good product from a reputable company, when I do need a full replacement I will definitely chose Gala Tent again.
