Advanced Technology
Our range of pro pop up gazebo also benefit from Patent designed joints you can only buy from Gala Tent. These enhance the speed and performance when erecting and dismantling your commercial gazebo. Our profile aluminum joints will not oxidise like our competitors who use cast aluminum. Our design has evolved to provide a smooth action incorporating advanced technology and sculpted nylon inserts in every profile aluminum joint, which prevent aluminum on aluminum action with added strength. When aluminum and aluminum rub together there is friction, abrasion and oxidisation and in due course joints will fuse together. You see some of our competitors using WD40 on their joints in there videos to erect the framework even from new; this tells a story itself of an unsuccessful unfortunate design and cost cutting quality.

A good, solid gazebo.
Good quality excellent service arrived within 24 hours ready for Christmas day
Bought the gazebo primarily for my wife's cafe to allow customers to sit outside during Tier 2 of lockdown. The size we purchased (4m x 2m) was perfect for the space we had. This meant we had to purchase the top gazebo in the range, and understandably that also meant very expensive compared to the wide range of prices available elsewhere for a standard 3m x 3m. It also meant that it would be of the highest quality and we were happy with that as it fits the tenor of the cafe and what we try to offer our customers. We also purchased some weights for the base to hold it down.The gazebo arrived next day as promised. On first unfolding and erection we both struggled with the sheer weight of it, bit further inspection revealed that one of the uprights that form the roof structure had popped off the retaining pole and spring so it was working against us. Once that was fixed we managed ok. Each morning we have similar issues with any of the spring poles - and it looks like the plastic around the poles has broken.Also the gazebo roof does not pull tight so the whole thing looks saggy and cheap.We did complain about this and spoke to Jade who asked us to send photos, which we did about 10 days ago - but have heard nothing back which is really disappointing.The gazebo does it's job (hence the 3 stars) but there's no way a £700 product should have broken parts so soon, and the follow up (or lack of it) was the worst part.
