I’m a 5 foot nothing woman. I shouldn’t be able to lift this gazebo on my own but I can ???? much to my own surprise. I bought the 3x4 pro mx and the transport bag. It’s huge to transport and it’s HEAVY. But it’s not impossible. I found it really difficult online to find any evidence of women putting these big things up so this is just me saying you can do it. It took 2 people to set up but arguably would have been much faster with 4 people. The stability is outstanding. The user ability is outstanding. I seriously regret not getting it printed! Love everything about the gazebo it fits me, my 2 employees and all of our kit inside with ease. If I had to pick a gripe and it’s so minor that it’s barely worth mentioning, I really wish there was a handle on the top of the carry bag. It’s difficult to drag it on its wheels using the side handles.

I needed a trading marquee for an outside event, I had looked at other companies, but Gala Tents always came out a better option for quality, price and reviews. The service was first class, I spoke with a lovely gentleman who took time to explain everything to me and his help was invaluable. I purchased a Gala Canopy with side walls, as the marquees were sold out and I needed it before their next delivery of marquees.My 3 x 4.5m Gala Canopy is fabulous! Excellent quality, easy to put up, I did need a little help to push up the frame with the roof canopy on, but then I’m only 5’ 2???. The rest of the construction I managed on my own. Delivery was within a couple days. I would definitely recommend Gala Tent to anyone looking for a reliable, sturdy, excellent quality marquee/ canopy.

My Shade Pro 40 gazebo is strong, easy to erect and take down, and perfect for use as a market stall or in the garden. It performed perfectly in a recent Christmas market, protecting me and my stock throughout a wet and windy day; customers also enjoyed sheltering in the dry and warmth of my gazebo. Amusingly, some stall holders asked if they could feel my gazebo as they were so impressed with the quality of the fabric and jealous of the skirting at the bottom of the walls which directed rain away from the gazebo. All in all, a great gazebo and I'm delighted with the purchase. I got great advice from the sales team when choosing the product and fabulous after-sales service too.

We are a volunteer group who put in social events for the community hosted by the centre.Gala tents had a product that fitted our restricted budget. Following a discussion with a sales representative I placed the order and had the gazebo customised in our own choice of colour and had our logo printed on the front.The whole process from start to finish was very smooth right up to a quick call I had to make to the company when I first tried to erect the gazebo following delivery. In the end the gazebo is easy to use and the frame and covers are really good quality and robust. I bought the Pro 50 3m x 4.5m tent with side-walls and a heavy duty carry bag. The quality appears very good and putting it up with a friend was pretty easy. It dealt with the wet weather at Cadwell Park very well and seems to be very strong to withstand higher winds that we usually encounter. It's very heavy though - I can barely lift it myself to move it around!

Very impressed with the quick delivery of the pop up gazebo we ordered as well as the quality of the gazebo itself. Easy to put up and take down, although quite heavy to carry so most likely would need 2 people. Good news about the weight though is less likely to blow in a breeze! Very good quality material and love the design with a cover for the window too. Seems you have thought of everything, including a bag with wheels and the sides actually all fit into the separate bag too so it can be stored neatly. Excellent.

A delightfully designed and easy to put up gazebo which appears to be not only strong but attractive also. It feels that it would be able to weather some reasonable winds (rather than gales) as it has a substantial mass. F A B U L O U S! Our Pro 50 Gazebo arrived prompt and well packaged. Initially I’d looked at the Pro 30, and decided to go for a stronger more resilient gazebo for our Village Hall events. The cover is a fabulous fit and looks gorgeous in purple. The walls are very easy to fit in place with the Velcro strip. I’d recommend starting at the centre and work out to the corners, to ensure a good fit first time. Zipped and strapped in place, it does look amazing. We went for the globe lights and heater too. Although 6 lights are good, 7 would have taken us to the front corner. Love the bag too, and separate bag for the walls. All excellent quality and strong. Once in the bag, it is very easy to manoeuvre. Our hall is sure to use the gazebo on many occasions, looking forward to the first event for the King’s Coronation!

Item came in to stock a day or so before Christmas howeve Gala offered me the option of delaying delivery to avoid the expense of paying out at an already expensive time of year. The item was delivered on a day that suited me. This gazebo is amazing and had its first outing in mild wind and just shows you get what you pay for. Very easy to pop up and attach the canopy and sides. I understand why stock was limited as these gazebos are truly made to withstand the British weather. Delivery was fast and was well packaged for the top and sides been in bags to protect them. Was surprised on the gazebo frame packaging as the box was cut into by the securing straps and the frame was not protected inside which resulted in some minor scratches that came out with polish. Also it's the first gazebo frame I have had that does not come with any future protection in the form of a bag. Having spent so much money you expect at least some protection for the frame. Every shelter and gazebo I have bought in the past has had this included and the website doesn't make it clear that this is not included. However if you want a 1st class gazebo with excellent customer service then just read everything carefully and you won't regret your decision to spend a little more to get so much more in quality.

I purchased the Pro 50, and can honestly say that I am very pleased with the quality of the framework and the canopy and sides, really heavy duty. My brother and two assisted me in putting it up and they were all very impressed. Delivery was as promised I have no complaints and can only say if you’re looking for a top quality product then look no further then Gala Tent, you won’t be disappointed.

Easy gazebo to put up and extremely sturdy once up. I love the pull handles on the legs as I was always getting my fingers caught on our other one. The sides are lovely and thick but also not heavy so easy to add and the angled tops make it easier to go round the poles. Very happy with our purchase,

We had used Gala Tent gazebos at the Rotary Club Fun Day so knew which company to choose for a good product. We had been impressed on the sturdiness in windy conditions. We received our own personalised Gala Tent very promptly, just 7 days after we had put in our order so we were able to try it out at Elvaston Woodland Festival. The first day was sunny and the gazebo performed well, our proudest moment was when Arbor, the giant stickman boomed out 'Hello LENS Wildlife Group!'. But on the Sunday, it rained A LOT! So we were really pleased that we were snug and dry in the Galatent Gazebo. Dismantling the gazebo did not take too long. The frame packed away nicely into the provided case, which has wheels, thank goodness as it weighs 57kg!We were disappointed that the three green 'canvases' were not provided with a carrying case. However, that is a small quibble as the Galatent is more than able to perform the task for which it was bought.

This tent completely fitted our needs. It withstood high gusty wind with no ill effects. it is robust and the absence of a central pole a boon. we had 16 musicians, with instruments, performing in it this weekend and it was perfect. The get up and take down was also quick and easy. I highly recommend it for festival and repeat use.

This is my second review as I purchased a gala tent two years ago and I was so impressed with it I recently bought a second one for my son, which he was thrilled with. I would also like to add additional comments on my own gazebo that I have had two years. The weather we have recently experienced has really put it to the test and I am happy to say it has surpassed all my expectations and more, we have had gale force winds, horrendous rain over the last 4-6 weeks and it has taken it all and more! Obviously I would advise everyone to add extra security like the weights available or sandbags of your own to give it a fair chance but as for the canopy and frame it is without a doubt so strong that I can’t recommend it enough. If you are looking to purchase a gazebo, it’s brilliant, and it’s made in Britain with any spares available should you need them with just a phone call.

After having waited months for a Gazebo that was paid for and promised by another company we unfortunately didn’t get to use a gazebo all summer so I requested a refund. Their promises and staff just seemed to keep making up excuses every time I called. Joe the member of your company couldn’t have been more helpful , friendly and empathetic to our situation and he went the extra mile to make sure we got a perfect gazebo with graphics on all within a few days and Rebecca in the graphics department was terrific too and patient until we got exactly what we needed. Unfortunately the gazebo has not been used yet as on the Saturday the weather was atrocious nothing like the forecast. I have every faith that it will be of a high standard as your company has a good reputation.
