WHAT’S THE PRICE OF DELIVERING A POP-UP GAZEBO?

Gala Tent offers FREE delivery on all gazebo sales to most UK mainland addresses. If you are based overseas, or in difficult to access locations within the UK, there may be a carriage charge which we cannot avoid. If you feel you may be in one of these locations then we recommend you give us a call and chat to our experts.

IF I ORDER MY FOLDING GAZEBO NOW CAN I HAVE NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

It really depends on the day or the time of day that you order, but more often than not, yes. We offer NEXT WORKING DAY delivery on the majority of orders placed before 4pm, with the exception of offshore or hard to reach UK locations. For orders of in-stock pop-up gazebos to UK mainland addresses, the following would apply:

• Order before 4pm Monday to Thursday: Delivery on the following week day.

• Order before 4pm on Friday: Delivery on Monday

• Order between 4pm on Friday and 4pm on the following Monday: Delivery on Tuesday

You can of course make a request for a specific day that is convenient for you, and we will hold your pop-up gazebo until you need it.

CAN YOU DELIVER MY GAZEBO AT THE WEEKEND?

We certainly can offer weekend deliveries of pop-up gazebos, so even if you’re pressed for time and need something last minute then we recommend getting in touch with the team. We offer deliveries on Saturday morning, and there is a £24.99 surcharge for the benefit, so don’t hesitate to speak with the team to get it arranged.

CAN I GET MY GAZEBO DELIVERED WITH A TIME SLOT?

As we offer free delivery on pop-up gazebos, we cannot strictly offer time slots, but for a small surcharge you can request a morning delivery. These break down as:

• Next Day (before 12pm) - £4.99

• Next Day (before 10am) - £9.99

• Next Day (before 9am) - £19.99

So if you have an event tomorrow and you need to be set up by lunchtime, then Gala Tent can help.

CAN I HAVE MY FOLDING GAZEBO DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS TO MY CARDHOLDER ADDRESS?

Yes you can. Due to our exclusively developed secure telephone payment system SOTpay, we are able to offer any third party delivery address for any order that is paid for by card. If you have made payment by any of our finance options, then delivery of the pop-up gazebo MUST be to the invoicing address.

CAN I ALSO HAVE GAZEBO SPARE PARTS DELIVERED FREE NEXT DAY?

Yes you can, provided you have achieved the £100 threshold for free next day delivery. For any orders before £100, we have a nominal £7.99 packing and handling fee.
