I am so pleased with the quality of my Gala Tent. I needed it to be strong and sturdy to use over and over again as it would be used as a protection from the weather for my business, and that is exactly what it is.The frame requires two people to assemble and the instructions are straight forward to follow with stickers on the poles so you know which ones go together.The website is easy to use, and if you require assistance there is always someone there to help. I highly recommend Gala Tent.

Gala personal great, product very well packaged, pleased with the overall quality and strength of product the down side is the instructions a little word explanation for certain areas would make construction much easier.2 of the wall sheet hanging cables were not long enough to connect so had to make extra parts and we still have some clamps not used and not mentioned in the instructions, but now it is erected very pleased with product.

The items I received were exactly as advertised. Arrived when they said they would. All in perfect condition. Will be back for more

Really pleased with my perches ( 4x6 car port) Fram very robust, canopy excellent quality. I would highly recommend.

We have left our gazebo up all year round for the past 5 years and due to the high winds, one of the truss sections broke. Staff were very helpful in determining what spare part was needed. Replacement truss arrived next working day and fitted into place. Canopy as good as new now. So good to have a product made in the UK, and that can supply spare parts. This is a vital service to avoid wasting money and keeping the environmental impact down- as well as supporting uk jobs. This was a big factor in our choice of gazebo initially. We chose to pay for a sturdy UK made gazebo that would last and was able to be repaired. Ultimately making their gazebos value for money in the long term. We have had several canopies over the years and again, happy that these can be bought separately too. Excellent company all round. Thankyou
