I have been a customer for over 2 years with a Pro 50 Gazebo, I've taken it up and down almost everyday, wind rain hail and shine, its never failed, winds of up to 40 mph, weighed down with 25 litre bottles in each corner, ( its not recommended but we were caught short and had to improvise ) it stood up to to the 60mph gusts of winds without issue..... Its light but very strong, I was cooking with 2 Woks everyday and grease/ oil was an issue as was muddy dog prints from hungry pooches who had been running round in clay all day, its very hard to get out as clay sticks to everything, the half sides went in the washing machine, full sides in the jet wash, both came out as new.......the framework was also covered in grease, but that too cleaned up effortlessly, all in all an exceptional product from an exceptional team, well done to you all......... Great that you can still supply spares for some fairly old marquees. Good service and fast delivery. Would always recommend when purchasing a marquee .

Used once and worked well in calm and dry conditions. Very sturdy and instills confidence that you'll find it where you left it. So far so good, I'm sure it will be tested by the British weather soon enough.

Impressive quality and easy to erect. The storage and transportation bag is also great. I had an issue with delivery due to damage at the courier depot which was inconvenient. If it wasn’t for this, I’d have rated 5 stars.

We bought our first Gala Tent Marquee about 15 years ago. It has been used for many school and community events ever since. The great feature about these marquees is that every part is replaceable, allowing you to effectively maintain the marquee and extend its life at minimum cost. After 15 years we have decided to get a new marquee, but have kept a stock of spare parts from the old one should we ever need them. Great product and not only have we returned for more, but other schools have bought from Gala Tents at our recommendation.

Looks like a good robust tent that will serve us for many years.Good instuctions for erection and no parts missing.The commissioned printing on the front and rear panels looks great.RST.

Slick and strongI purchased a canopy and sides for an existing heavy duty pop up frame and was pleasantly surprised on the look and feel.. firstly the stitching seemed very tight and the generous Velcro tabs perfectly positioned. It fitted like a glove with no incorrectly placed d rings or zips. The zips were really strong and secure. It withstood the worst easterly wind imaginable in an open field for a weekend with no damage or compromise to material. Highly recommended with next day delivery. From enquiry through to delivery was 100%

I looked at loads of pop up gazeboes but was unimpressed with any of them so I went to our local market and looked at the ones the traders used, the Gala ones looked like the type I wanted and I found exactly what I needed on their website, I have not put it up yet because the weather had not been good enough but I have unpacked it and I am very impressed by the quality of the frame and canvas.

Product is good. The delivery driver dropped it into the hall on ground floor of our apartment, we are on level 2. The carrier prevented a 5 star review.
