This is our first order following 2 separate recommendations from other purchasers. The order and delivery process were fast and efficient. The gazebo and everything it came with was strong and sturdy. The artwork great. Our only gripe was that the carrying case tore on the first use. However, the gazebo itself stood up to torrential wind and rain on its first outing! We're very happy with everything overall and would recommend.

Absolutely love this gazebo, did lots of research before buying on other websites and nothing came close on quality and best of all it’s made in the UK. Great website, support if needed and should you ever need spares they are available. No tools needed, quickly erected and taken down, probably 10 minutes tops. Wish I had bought sooner. I would definitely recommend Galatent.co.uk to anyone who is looking for a sturdy British made pop up gazebo, totally waterproof and didn’t move during heavy winds. Arrived quickly, within 2 days to the Isle of Wight, will definitely be buying lights to decorate for next summer.

Ordered 2.30pm on Tuesday, delivered 10.00am Wednesday! Quality is superb, packaging is brilliant and all parts neatly packaged. There are instructions in every box, easy to follow, but as a visual learner YouTube clips are helpful. Early days, but two nights of heavy thunderstorms and everything is dry. Mine is on a hard surface, but I have no concerns about it being blown away, the roof and side are heavy! Worth the money.

Having experienced an apparent disaster to our Pro 40 gazebo I contacted the company to see if I could replace the distorted leg. Having been informed that a replacement was available I went to the company premises and obtained one.With both the telephone conversation with a salesman and the person who sorted out the sale at the premises I was treated with politeness and courtesy. Hopefully I won’t have to replace any other parts of our gazebo but I would recommend without hesitation any Gala Tent product. I need to point out that the damage to the leg was caused by a combination of a gust of wind and a “helpful” friend whilst erecting the gazebo.
